Rings of Responsibility

To whom or what do you feel responsible to in your work?

For many of us, the answer to the question above is layered and complex. In the original Good Work Project, interviewers asked this question of nearly 2,000 participants. The responses eventually led researchers to understand that the individuals and communities that we feel tied to can be visualized as concentric circles. The team aptly refers to this concept as “The Rings of Responsibility.”

Join The Good Project for this hour long session to learn more about this concept and how responsibility leads us to do good work, both in our professional and personal lives.
